We are rolling out reservations for the dedicated recovery room. Our Cold Plunge & Hot Box Sauna are ready for reservations. Here's how you can book your time in recovery heaven:

Our one and only Coach Sam finished her time here in San Diego last week and already made it to her new home in TX. Since day one, she has truly been one who embodies the meaning of Staying Classy with her goofy questions of the day and genuine big heart (and not to mention a badass athlete).
