Yes. At Stay Classy CrossFit in San Diego, our coaches scale every workout to your fitness level. Whether you’re brand-new or an experienced athlete, we focus on safety, proper form, and steady progress.

3. How do I get started?
It’s simple. If you’re new, join our New to CrossFit program for guided coaching.
Already experienced? Grab a Free Trial Class and jump right into the action with our Classians community.

4. How often should I train when starting out?
We recommend 2–3 classes per week to build a strong foundation without burning out. As your body adapts, you can add more sessions to match your goals and recovery.

5. What should I bring to my first class?
Bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and a water bottle. We’ll provide the coaching, support, community, and everything else you need to get started.

We follow Mayhem Affiliate Programming — elite, intentional training built by CrossFit Games champions.

7. How long are classes?
Each session runs 60 minutes: warm-up, skill/strength focus, the WOD, and cooldown.

Yes! We modify movements to meet your body where it’s at, without sacrificing intensity.
